Purchased a pontoon and boat lift from Jake! Very good buying experience from start to finish. The guy’s that installed the boat lift were very professional and friendly!

When I chose American Marine to store my boat last fall I had set a date to pick it up this May. When I picked it up, my boat was water ready! I literally left there and put it in the water and started it right up! Very friendly fast service!

Had a great day on the water yesterday with one of the rental pontoon boats. Tom made the rental process very easy and explained everything in detail which made our experience even easier. We highly recommend American Marine if you're looking to rent one of their boats and enjoy a relaxing day on the lake! Thank you, Tom! We'll definitely be back later this summer!

Spent 1/2 hour picking out a boat and accessories agreed on a price waited 1 hour for paperwork when I went to sign noticed they had wrong boat on paper . 1/2 hr later they came back and said sorry we priced wrong boat the one we want is 7000$ more ! All in all spent 2 1/2 hrs and left without a boat. Problem solved the next day ordered the boat!

Have had a few interactions with service writer David Allender, including today. Each time he has been very courteous, friendly and responsive to my questions/concerns. He seems very knowledgeable of the products and services they provide. Genuinely seems to care about the customer. Purchased a ladder for my pontoon today and David was very helpful in making it happen. Of the service writers there, would definitely recommend him.

We were looking for a new dock for the first time. Burt was excellent to work with. He answered all our questions, showed us the large variety of solutions they offered and provided various cost scenarios. He even met us at another location to show us 2 of the products in use. If we have another need, we will be asking for Burt Arthur to help us. I highly recommend him.

I had an excellent experience the past couple of weeks with American Marine & Motorsports. I stopped in late one evening right at closing to look at some boats. Rather than tell me to come back when they open up the staff found Nate and Rick (two salesmen that were willing to stay late) to show me their inventory. After showing me some beautiful new boats they found a really nice used one that was just what I was looking for. On top of that, Josh from the business office said that due to his relationship with several lenders and their sheer volume of business he could find some great financing. And he came through better than I expected. I'd like to send out a huge thanks to Nate, Rick, Josh, and the entire staff at American Marine & Motorsports. Everyone I talked with was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. My family is looking forward to many fun times on the water this summer.

We purchased a 2021 Manitou pontoon recently from American Marine with the help of Burt our salesperson. He was very helpful in listening to our needs and matched us with a pontoon that we really enjoy. They took care of getting the boat and trailer titled and registered accordingly. The demo of the boat, motor, and accessories was top notch along with a thorough cleaning of a 2 year old boat that they had in their inventory. I had sent a message thru the website for a pontoon rental, and someone else from the other location setup my reservation. I got there and no reservation. Tom at the lake got it all squared away and we were good to go. Really nice pontoon with an electric Bimini and a 100 hp Honda motor. Quiet and easy on gas. The pontoon was really clean.

Russ is amazing. Last night he came to our rescue once again. Shocking how you can tell him the noise a boat is making and he can troubleshoot it over the phone.

Although everything was not perfect with this transaction, most of that came down to just some individuals not communicating well or listening to what we wanted. Everyone else was really very nice. Particularly, Ben King. He works in delivery and parts and went through our new boat purchase with us. He was kind, helpful and informative. It was after business hours when we wrapped up, but he did not rush through and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left. American Marine is lucky to have him, because without our experience with him I think I would have definitely left a lower rating.

Ben King walked us thru our pick up and details of our new boat. He was extremely patient, thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. He spent more time than was expected with us on our various questions and needs.. and never once did he make us feel bad for taking up his time. Highly recommend him for any questions or help! Along with him, Rick and the rest of the crew there were also great.

I Drove 5 hours to pick up a boat and trade in a side by side. Randy was a excellent sales man and they gave me a great trade in amount. Ben in delivery did a excellent job explaining everything I need to know about my new boat, he was very in depth and willing to answer any questions I had. Overall a great dealership.

Unfortunately, the boat did not operate as expected and after calling, I was put on hold for an extended period of time and they were not available to help. My boat is still in my driveway.

Used OMC for better than 30 years. Boat was ready for an upgrade. After some research decided on Suzuki DF60. Burt gave me a great deal. Motor is incredibly quiet.
